Cantilever shelves are suitable for storing long materials, ring-shaped materials, plates, pipes and irregular goods. The columns of cantilever shelves are mostly made of H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel, the cantilever is made of square tube, cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel, the cantilever and the column are connected by plug-in or bolt, the base and the column are connected by bolt, and the base is made of cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel. Goods are stored and retrieved by forklifts, cranes or manually. The shelf height is usually within 2.5 meters (if the goods are stored and retrieved by forklifts, it can be as high as 6 meters), the cantilever length is within 1.5 meters, and the load of each arm is usually within 1000KG. This type of shelf is mostly used in the machinery manufacturing industry and building materials supermarkets. After adding shelves, it is particularly suitable for warehouses with small space and low height. It is easy to manage and has a wide field of vision. Compared with ordinary shelf-type shelves, it has a higher utilization rate; according to the load-bearing capacity, it can be divided into three types: lightweight, medium and heavy.

Cantilever shelves are generally made of two materials
1. Made of square tubes: Cantilever shelves are made according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements. First, square tubes that meet the layer load requirements are selected, cut into the required size, and welded with anti-slip guard plates at one end and U-shaped column connectors at the other end.
2. Made of C-shaped steel: Cantilever shelves are made according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements. First, the specifications of C-shaped steel are selected. After selection, two pieces of C-shaped steel are welded. After welding, an anti-slip guard plate is welded at one end and a U-shaped column connector is welded at the other end.
The column pieces of cantilever shelves are connected by connecting rods, which are generally made of rectangular tubes. To increase safety and stability, add a flat iron back pull to the connecting rod to fix the column tightly.
All cantilever shelf parts are semi-finished products after production is completed, and will be sprayed in the last process. Before spraying, the shot blasting machine is used to remove oil and rust, and then spraying. After completion, it will be packaged and shipped.
